TMsGift Refund Policy
At TMsGift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, providing you with ample time to evaluate your item and request a return if needed.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item should be unworn or unused.
- It must include all original tags and packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return process, please contact us at Support@TMsGift.com. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval. Kindly be aware that return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and Issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon reception. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us for clarification.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to initiate a return for the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
